CPL(H): Commercial Pilot License Helicopter
Turn your dreams into reality. Start your future with HeliCentre Flight Academy today.
If you want to be able to live from your dream then you need a commercial pilot license. This license allows you to work for a company and earn money flying. HeliCentre Flight Academy provides the necessary training to commercial pilot applicants. During this flight training phase you are taught the safety margins, the strict check-procedures and the constant concerns for an efficient result that make you a real professional oriented towards the safety and satisfaction of his passengers and customers. Once you will pass your final exam, you will be ready to operate in commercial operations. Depending on our needs, you can even become part of our commercial pilot pool in order for you to build more hours, for example, towards a flight instructor rating.
Flying commercially really requires your skills up to the next level. We highly recommend to follow the CPL(H) flight training in a full-time programme. This allows you to train and fly 5 days a week and makes you comfortable in the machine you are operating. The programme is about 4 to 6 weeks long (depending on the weather). During the CPL(H) skills test you will be examined by one of the examiners of the dutch authority (ILENT). Your pre-flight briefing, navigation skills, helicopter handling regarding normal and emergency procedures are all part of the test. After the course completion and successful pass of the skill test, you are approved to operate commercially. This means that you may transport passengers and deliver helicopter services to customers for living.
Once you have your license in your hand, you can start earning money flying. And also start gaining precious experience. HeliCentre flies a variety of commercial operations daily, which you can be part of according to our needs. After having passed your OPC (Operational Proficiency Check) you are welcome to join our team and to be a part of the real world of helicopter flying.
